Terms of Service

By using rez0’s rascals ("the service") you agree to these terms. A parent or guardian accepts these terms on behalf of the learners they add.

What the service is

A mastery-based K–5 homeschool curriculum with lessons, an AI coach, and progress tracking. It is an educational tool. You remain responsible for complying with your state’s homeschool laws; any compliance paperwork we generate is a convenience, not legal advice.

Accounts & payment

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe (per learner, plus optional Parent Pro). You can manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal in your parent dashboard. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, scrape, or attempt to circumvent access controls or resell the service. We may suspend access for misuse.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." AI output may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
