The free trial, the one simple price, and how to cancel.
The price
One plan: $20 per kid, per month, everything included. All 11 subjects, Otto, video lessons, the story library, Rascal cards, placement, the AI parent dashboard, and compliance paperwork. A 2-kid family is $40/month. No tiers, no add-ons.
Your plan page. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Use "back to parent console" at the top when you're done.
The 14-day free trial
Every new family starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at checkout but charged $0 until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing; if you don't add a payment method the subscription simply ends on its own.
The 30-day guarantee
On top of the trial: if Rascals isn't right for your family in your first 30 days of paying, email joseph@rez0.com and every cent comes back. No forms.
How to cancel
- Open Parent console → Your plan.
- Tap Manage billing (your secure Stripe portal).
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
Access continues through what you've already paid for, canceling during the trial means you're never charged, and your kids' progress is kept in case you come back. More detail (cards, invoices, deleting your account) is in Account & family management.

- Do you offer discounts for co-ops? Reach out: joseph@rez0.com.
- What happens to my kid's progress if I cancel? It's kept. Come back later and everything is where they left it.
- Promo codes? The checkout accepts them when you have one.
