Account & family management
Change your email or password, manage kids, cancel, or delete everything.
Everything here lives in the parent console (your password required), under Parent tools → Account or Your plan.
Change your name, email, or password
Parent console → Account has all three:
- Profile: your name and the family name, no password needed.
- Sign-in email: enter the new address plus your current password.
- Password: current password, then the new one.
Add or remove a kid
Parent console → Learners in this family → Manage learners. Adding a sibling takes a name and a grade; removing a kid deletes their progress after a confirmation. Kids added or removed mid-cycle adjust your next invoice automatically.
Cancel your subscription
- Open Parent console → Your plan.
- Tap Manage billing. This opens your secure Stripe portal.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
That's it. No email required, no retention hoops, and access continues through the period you've already paid for. Canceling during the free trial means you're never charged at all.
Your kids' progress is kept when you cancel. If you come back next semester, everything is exactly where they left it.
Update your card or download invoices
Same place: Your plan → Manage billing. The Stripe portal handles cards, invoices, and billing history. We never see or store your card number.
Delete your family entirely
Parent console → Account → Danger zone. Deleting the family requires your password plus typing the family name to confirm, and it permanently removes your account and every kid's data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first (see above), or the deletion flow will remind you.
Anything else
Email joseph@rez0.com. It goes to the founder, not a ticket queue.
